Qualifications & Experience
Alice Portz has 25 years in the Leadership Development field. Her current consulting work is focused on improving the performance of management teams to achieve business results and accelerating the development of their next generation of leaders. Some current and past clients include Nike, Concur Technologies, Washington Mutual, NBBJ Architects, Solucient, Safeco, and Oldcastle Materials. Alice has held Senior Level positions in a number of companies.

Additionally, she is an Associate Principal at Mercer Delta Executive Learning Center, a division of Mercer Delta consulting. Mercer Delta ELC is a leading global provider of top tier in-house coaching, consulting and executive education projects through its full time and virtual network of highly skilled consultants. At Mercer Delta ELC, Ms. Portz has worked with clients in a wide spectrum of industries. She has been on the faculty of the Leading America’s Bank Program for Bank of America, the Global Leadership Workshop for Avon Products, Leading Large & Leadership Challenge for Washington Mutual and the Leadership Development Program at Quantum. Ms. Portz has also driven the design of the Action Coaching Workshop based on the book Action Coaching: How To Leverage Individual Performance for Company Success by David Dotlich and Peter Cairo (partners of CDR).

Alice Portz and her associates have extensive experience in working with feedback systems and coaching around performance enhancement at the individual, team and organizational levels. We have developed a number of Leadership Development programs that incorporate action learning and have produced measurable results.
